Tuesday Sector Laggards: Precious Metals, Oil & Gas Exploration & Production Stocks

In trading on Tuesday, precious metals shares were relative laggards, down on the day by about 1.4%.  Helping drag down the group were shares of North American Palladium (PAL), off about 7.9% and shares of Rio Alto Mining (RIOM) off about 7.1% on the day.
